Saw this shop selling salt-baked chicken.
Oh I remember that we used to buy this from Serangoon and not Katong. I guess this is one of their branch shop.
The shop that started selling this salt baked chicken was in Serangoon and it was very famous. I remember tucking into the delicious chicken as a child together with my siblings. But now due to health conscious, am avoiding too much intake of salt.

Firsly, salty chicken is too good to miss. It's comfort food for me...but ours are not baked but steamed. It's a dish never missed for CNY, reminds me so much of my grandma's salty chicken. Good week ahead Alice :)
salt-baked chicken sounds good. i too have to start thinking about my health in relation to my food choice.
