The Centrepoint's enchanting Christmas Clockwork Kitchen with Gingerbread men aplenty, cookies, candy canes and a giant fondue. I love the christmas decoration especially the cute gingerbread men. No wonder The Centrepoint emerged as the favourite among voters for its larger-than-life kitchen manned by gingerbread men.

Wishing all who celebrate the occasion, a very Merry Christmas. It was a very wet Christmas Eve in Singapore, had been having heavy rain these few days with lots of loud thunderstorms. I love Christmas Trees, love how each tree differs once the decorations were up.

With christmas approaching soon, most malls were decorated with christmas decorations. The christmas decorations infront of Tanglin Mall looked beautiful. At night there were "snow" falling infront of the decorations. The snow were actually bubbles. For more information, please view the official website for the timing of the event.

The christmas mood is already here at Changi Airport. The Light and Snow show was a delight to the crowd. The "snow" was actually some soap bubbles. As it was also the long school holiday in Singapore, kids were out in force for the beloved Pikachu. I missed out the Pikachu Parade last week but decided to come down to watch the light show instead. There were few different timings of the show and also the meet and greet by Pikachu Mascots. Expect huge crowd and queues for the meet and greet sessions. Video of the light show.

Did not get to see the supermoon on 14th November 2016 (Singapore time) cause was so cloudy but tonight we get to see the huge moon too. I did not have a powerful camera, the naked eyes can see the huge moon with some orangy colour but my camera did not capture any of the colours of the moon lol.

It's the time again for us to pray and make food offerings to our mom on her death anniversary. The prayers was done in my brother's house. My brother being a toaist, firstly food offerings of whole cooked roast duck, roast pork, steamed chicken were offered to the God. After the prayers, then the duck, pork, chicken were chopped into bite sizes and with other dishes, were being food offerings to pray to my mom and the ancestors. Boxes of incense papers were prayed and later burned as offerings too. After all that had been done, was our turn to eat the food hahaha. We still missed our mom but was a great day to be able to gather with my siblings and family members on this occasion. Of course , we need these delicious nonya kueh from Galicier Pastry (Galicier Confectionery), Tiong Bahru for our tea break.
