SEA Aquarium Resort World Sentosa Singapore Part 6 - Shark Seas

My final posting on the SEA Aquarium Resort at Sentosa. This is the Shark Seas Section, where the sharks swam above us. I wonder why I did not video this section, maybe I was too engrossed with all the sharks around us lol.

It was strange that when we took photos of ourselves, it turned out almost black and white hahahaha.

Will visit the aquarium again another time, really interesting place to visit.

A favourite with the kids, the touch pool allowed kids to interact and touch the sea creatures.

SEA Aquarium Resort World Sentosa Singapore Part 4 - Fishes/Eel

There's so much to view and so many different species of the fishes that many I am so alien with. If not mistaken, the below fish is the long horn cowfish

The moray eel section was so interesting, they were so long and could hid themselves in small holes and pots.

Wonder what species are they, seems like they could produce some kind of electricity.

Interesting to watch the moray eels swimming out of their hiding places.

SEA Aquarium Resort World Sentosa Singapore Part 3 - Fishes

It was interesting to just sit there and watch the fishes, there's so much to see and learn about the fishes and their behaviour. I would visit the aquarium again.

Hahaha this fish looked as if it was sitting on a chair.

Some short videos of the fishes.

My World Tuesday - SEA Aquarium Resort World Sentosa Singapore Part 2- Open Ocean (Zone 5) - World's Largest Aquarium

Wow this is fantastic, the tank looked so huge like a huge cinema screen. This is the world's largest aquarium. You can view more information from the official website of SEA Aquarium.

We could view the aquarium from the side, it really looked like the bottom of the sea and the huge sting ray swimming towards us. Very beautiful and interesting indeed.

Short videos of the huge aquarium.

Wow from the side of the huge aquarium, we could really see the bottom of the tank that kind of resemble the bottom of the seabed.

SEA Aquarium Resort World Sentosa Singapore Part 1 - Ocean Journey (Zone 4) - Jelly fish

Finally we started our visit to the world's largest aquarium. I did not use any flash so as not to frighten the fishes and jellyfishes.

My favourite must be the different species of the jellyfishes, they looked as if they were dancing. It was so beautiful, I could just sit there all day long watching them.

Hahaha this jellyfish looked as if it was holding a ball and doing aquatic ballet.

Some short videos of the jelly fishes.

SEA Aquarium and Maritime Museum Part 2

I did not even know much about the history of Asia maritime till I visited this exhibition. Very educational information indeed. Very nice to include the museum visit together with the visit to the aquarium (which I will post photos later).

After visiting the museum, do remember to visit the typhoon theatre to experience a perilous storm.

There's a time schedule for the show, so do check with the crew members. We were shown a video first before entering the theatre and the whole show is only about ten minutes but was fun cause we got wet by the "storm" hahaha.

My World Tuesday - SEA Aquarium and Maritime Museum Part 1

Finally we managed to find the time to visit the world's largest aquarium in Resort World on Sentosa. There's a lot of different species of fishes, sharks, jelly fish etc at SEA Aquarium. I love the jellyfishes the most, could just sit there watch them dancing so beautifully.

There's many ways to get to there. You can view the official website on how to get to there.

The ticket costs S$29 for adult (there's concession for some card holders like NTUC union members), S$20 for child and S$20 for senior citizen above 60 years of age. The ticket also include admission to the Maritime Museum and Typhoon Theatre.

Before entering the SEA Aquarium, we have to enter the maritime museum first. The museum was very interesting and visitors can learn about the maritime history of asia.
